When you’re trying to decide how to pair food with wine, it’s starts with a proper balance of the flavors, spices and aromas of the cuisine, versus the flavors, spices and aromas of the wine. If you’re preparing a meal at home, your ingredients will contribute to the appropriate wine. If you’re cooking with wine, your entrée ads yet another dimension to the pairing.
